Our Story
Libra Advisory identified a need from clients for impartial consultancy to identify and implement savings across IT spend. The growth in cloud and SaaS has made this even more relevant as finance teams need to keep on top of costs. They often don't have the skills and expertise to do this themselves or need an independent consultancy to asses this. We do this on a gain share model so clients only pay a percentage of the savings we can implement which removes all of the risk.
We are also able to utilise AI and Automation tools to drive operational efficiencies for our clients and improve productivity.
